Help and support for the Drive Manager Chrome extension.

Google Drive Connection

If Drive Manager is not connecting to Google Drive, make sure you are signed in to the Google account you want to use and complete the Google OAuth authorization when prompted. You can also close and reopen the extension and try again.

File and Folder Management

Drive Manager can help you browse, search, sort, filter, detect duplicates, and manage selected Google Drive files and folders. Some actions, such as moving or trashing files, only occur after a direct user action inside the extension.

PRO Plans and Payments

Optional PRO plans unlock additional Drive Manager features. Payments are processed through Razorpay. If a payment succeeds but PRO access does not activate, email support and include your Razorpay Payment ID or Order ID. Do not send card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials.
